How to remove dark circles naturally

The dark circle has become one prominent problem, especially among women once they reach 30. Maybe because of the stressful life they lead and due to aging and dry skin, women form dark circles.

According to Ayurveda due to the power of Pitta and Vata factors, the dark circles arise and there is Ayurvedic oil for dark circle which can rehydrate the skin and then remove those circles from below the eyes. Here are some magic ways through which one can get rid of them:

Aloe Vera

This is a great Ayurvedic remedy which has its own natural nourishing properties. It can do some wonder on the skin because it has anti-inflammatory properties and they are ideal for the sensitive skin as well. Once aloe vera gel is applied, it can lighten the texture of the skin and hydrate the area properly which helps in the reduction and even removal of dark circles. One can mix aloe vera gel with a teaspoon of fresh potato juice and then massage it over the dark circle areas. Once they dry out, one can wash it with normal water. Apply it 3 times a week to get better results.

Amla

This is a natural oxidant which has a lot of rejuvenating properties. This can regenerate the skin and remove dark circles. One can take a tablespoon of amla and mix it with a few drops of honey. Then make a paste out of it to apply on the affected area. Keep it for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash it with normal water. This is suggested to be applied every day to get better results.

Turmeric

Turmeric has a lot of healing powers and one can use them to reduce dark circles as well. This is a great antioxidant and it reduces inflammation, swelling, and redness as well. Turmeric can also reduce fine lines and wrinkles. One can take a pinch of turmeric and mix it with 2 tablespoon of mint leaves paste and a teaspoon of gram flour. Apply the mixture on the affected area and then keep it for 15 minutes before washing it off with normal water.

Honey

It is said that honey is a natural moisturizer and it can be used to reduce pigmentation. They also have anti-inflammatory properties which can improve blood circulation and lightens the skin. One can mix honey with sweet almond oil and apply it on the affected area at night. Leave it for the rest of the night and wash it off early morning with some normal water.

Lemon

They have Vitamin C and some natural bleaching properties.  This can make the skin around the eyes stronger and reduces the dark circles. One can mix fresh lemon juice and tomato juice and then apply it with cotton on the affected area. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash it off with water.

These are the very common and easy Ayurvedic treatment for dark circles under eyes which one can use on a daily basis.
